Welcome to the second episode of this series, which actually focuses on six (6) factors to take into account while starting or achieving a successful blog on your own. You can attest to the fact that we delved into three (3) important factors to consider in order to accomplish a successful blog if you have read the post in part one (1). I subdivided it into parts one and two since I didn't want it to be too long.

To read the first of the three factors you must take into account to establish or maintain a successful blog, click here.

All of the information I'm giving you is quite helpful, so you might want to make a note of some advice for when you need it. Continuing from part one, the other three considerations are as follows:

Check your content or article for plagiarism

As a blogger, creating original, high-quality content is one fundamental or crucial thing you must keep in mind. This has been the main idea behind Google, and specifically Google AdSense. Unless, perhaps, you have no intention of making money from your website or blog. Hey! It's acceptable to build a website for entertainment purposes. You should only write what you want to publish (be mindful). Sounds absurd, huh? Well, since it's your website, I can't tell you what to write.

To get approval for Google AdSense monetization, you must do your best and use plagiarism detection software or a website when developing your blog with the purpose of submitting for Google AdSense in the near future. The following websites may verify your content and indicate how much of it is plagiarized by highlighting the instances. If this occurs, simply rephrase the sentence(s) that were highlighted, and you will be ready to go. By doing this, your article or content becomes unique from others even when you copy it.

There are many of this software out there but the one I used the most is Plagiarism-detector. The QuillBot software also has that feature that can help you check for plagiarism. As I said earlier, there are innumerous of

them and so go for your favorite. Go ahead and check for plagiarism by pasting your material into the available "text field” and hit on the check plagiarism button.

Get a preferred domain name for your site in addition to hosting of blog or website

Apply for a domain and hosting

You cannot merely have your stuff appear online. If you can make that happen then I must ask if you are a magician . Your desired domain name has to be checked for availability so that you can buy it as soon as possible. Your website's domain name can be purchased only once. It only exists once someone purchases it. For instance, "Facebook.com" cannot be purchased. Although it has already been secured, you may still be able to get to that name using another Top-level Domain, such as Facebook.tk or Facebook.net. however, these top companies usually denied those access.

A domain name service like Godaddy strives to offer a platform for negotiation with the owner of your registered domain name, and if the transaction works out, you can have your selected domain name for yourself. Both purchasing a domain name and hosting are not typically expensive. The trick is that you can begin blogging without spending money on a domain name and hosting. Try WordPress or Google Blogger, and adhere to the directions any time using their platform to build your own website. Your website will be hosted as a sub-domain, which is one of the drawbacks of these free services that you might not enjoy.

As an example, my website name is  GHbreeze and it is hosted for free on the Blogger website under a subdomain and is accessible as GHbreeze.blogspot.com. The subdomain makes it long and becomes unconducive for people to search your blog unless you have relevant and good content out there.

Select a theme or design a good website layout for your content

Theme

The layout of your website is called a theme. If you can design websites, then your layout can be compared to a theme chosen by a person who is unable to build websites. Users of Blogger and WordPress, for example, have access to a variety of themes. The second good news is that you don't require programming or hardcoding skills to create a website.

Simply register with these sites, choose, and install the best theme for your blog. I'll advise you to get a theme so it works effectively. As time goes on, I will be going through details with you on how to achieve some of the steps have listed above.
